Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive growth in Prysmian’s renewable energy portfolio, with a focus on emerging ocean energy markets. You will work with cross-functional teams to tailor offerings, pursue new business opportunities, and build a robust sales pipeline. You’ll engage external stakeholders to position Prysmian as a partner in innovative projects and support commercial proposals and tenders. The role blends market intelligence, technical collaboration, and strategic positioning in both renewable and defense-related markets. * Identify and develop new business opportunities in renewable energy, especially ocean energy (tidal, wave, floating)
* Support market intelligence activities tracking trends, competitors, and new technologies
* Engage external stakeholders to position Prysmian in innovative projects
* Assist in preparation of commercial proposals, pre-qualifications, and tenders
* Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and product management to tailor or develop offerings
* Support business development in defense and military applications
* Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities in renewables and defense
* Support client meetings, workshops, and industry events to generate leads
Responsabilità
* Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or equivalent)
* Up to 3-4 years of experience in a business development role
* Fluent in English; another language xjrgpwk is a plus
* Basic understanding of energy infrastructure, offshore or industrial projects
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
* Strong teamwork and results-oriented mindset
* Ambitious and proactive attitude
