Why This Setting Stands OutThis position is based within a private elementary school in Umatilla, giving you the vantaggi of a stable, relationship‐driven environment where you can focus on student progress and collaboration instead of spending your day on the road.

What You'll Do
- Conduct intakes and functional assessments within the school setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy and parent/caregiver training
- Supervise and support RBTs, based on credential level
- Review data, monitor progress, and update treatment plans as needed
- Maintain compliance with BACB standards and company expectations
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and other partners to support each child's success

What We're Looking For For BCBA applicants
- Master's degree
- Active BCBA certification
For BCaBA applicants
- Bachelor's degree
- Active BCaBA certification
For all applicants
- CPR/BLS certification, or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable transportation to and from the school site
- A genuine passion for helping children and families thrive
