Our Design team is a diverse group of designers and researchers that build Agoda's products, partnering with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and design workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces.ResponsibilitiesRun discovery phases and help define product requirements.Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.Present work to peers and leadership, async and in-person.Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings.Think and write about your process and decisions.Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products/features.Be a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology.Senior Product Designer means you have a track record of:Working with design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and aligning a group around a vision and approach.Crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys.Thinking and crafting at a system level, not just interface elements or pages.Using soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making.Balancing multiple priorities and delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Qualities we value in designers:Effective articulation of ideas and design solutions.Giving feedback with kindness and candor.Tolerance for ambiguity and healthy curiosity.Translating quantitative and qualitative insights into design decisions.Contributing to our culture: motivation, optimism, quality, integrity.Team and EnvironmentThe Design team is based in Bangkok, collaborating with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and design workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces.
