Position: We are seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Coordinator to drive operational excellence in our têxtile division. You will deploy the Loro Piana Production System (LPPS) and lead manufacturing initiatives to enhance safety, quality, lead time, production reliability, and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE). Your expertise in Lean principles, project management, and process improvement will transform our operations and foster continuous improvement. Main Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the LPPS roadmap for the têxtile division; - Identify and prioritize improvement projects aligned with business needs; - Implement a lean culture with best practices, visual management, standards, 5S, SMED, T&M, poka yoke, Kanban, etc.; - Ensure new business initiatives align with lean activities and communicate their impact; - Provide project management expertise and report on project progress; - Implement lean principles, driving cultural change and business improvement; - Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards; - Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements; - Support the Manufacturing Engineering Director in coordinating projects. Profile: - Degree in Engineering or similar; - 2 years of proven experience in operations, successful process, and continuous improvement implementation; - Solid understanding of Engineering, Project Management, Lean Principles, and Continuous Improvement; - Ability to autonomously manage multiple activities and projects; - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities; - Strong coaching and facilitation skills; - Sense of urgency and personal ownership for operational performance; - Willing to work within a production plant; - Excellent oral and written communication skills; - Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; - Strong written and spoken English skills.
