The role welcomes early‑career engineers and experienced professionals. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDevelop and continuously improve manufacturing processes to meet quality, safety, cost, and performance targets. /li liSupport feasibility studies, process optimization, and the resolution of day‑to‑day production issues. /li liContribute to engineering projects, ensuring delivery within planned timelines and budgets. /li liMonitor and improve processes to reduce scrap, lower operating costs, and enhance product quality in valve manufacturing. /li liAnalyze process capability, equipment, and maintenance performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities. /li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives, preventive maintenance planning, and machining process development for new products. /li liParticipate in new equipment installation projects, from planning through execution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Production Management) or equivalent academic background. /li liPrevious experience in a similar role, including internship experience, is a plus.
