You will focus on key operational and financial drivers, enabling data-driven decision-making and supporting business growth. /ppstrong Your Responsibilities /strong /pulli Analyze financial performance of the Air Ocean business, identifying trends, variances, and improvement opportunities; /lili Support management in strategic decision-making through ad hoc analyses on profitability, pricing, and customer performance; /lili Contribute to monthly closing, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with Group policies; /lili Prepare periodic reports and performance dashboards for the business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; /lili Monitor and analyze key operational and financial KPIs /lili Support reconciliation activities between general accounting and management accounting, with a focus on freight revenues and costs; /lili Liaise with operational teams and Finance stakeholders (local and regionalglobal) to ensure data accuracy and consistency; /lili Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting tools and controlling processes, including automation and digitalization initiatives. /li /ulpstrong Who We Are Looking For /strong /pulli Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields; /lili Experience in Controlling or Business Controlling roles, preferably within multinational companies in strong logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation (Air Ocean) /strong ; /lili Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis); /lili Solid understanding of Controlling principles and familiarity with freight forwarding KPIs (margins, volumes, profitability per shipment); /lili Strong command of English, both written and spoken; /lili Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex data; /lili Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business stakeholders; /lili Ability to synthesize and effectively present insights. /li /ulpstrong What We Offer /strong /pp At CEVA Logistics, we believe in equal opportunities and the growth of our people.
