Within the Post Order Department, the Expediter is responsible for monitoring, in agreement with the Post Order Manager, the progress of assigned material supplies with respect to contractual dates and planned methods. This involves the entire post-order structure, technical functions, procurement, and suppliers. The Expediter also provides timely information regarding the supply progress, highlights deviations and critical issues, and supports the planning of material preparations for shipping activities. Key Activities & Responsibilities: Define, in agreement with the Post Order Manager and the Expediting & Inspection Category Manager/Head of Department, the type of expediting and the necessary frequency, aligned with the supply budget. Activate communication channels with suppliers to ensure effective and efficient communication throughout the supply process. Verify and define with the Vendor the main supply phases and monitor their compliance. Communicate negative deviations, specifying problems, impacts, and recovery actions. Ensure the Vendor produces all required documentation, especially 'Key' documents and those necessary for the continuation of the supply. Monitor approval cycles of project documentation, promote interventions between Vendor and technical services, and address deviations that could impact contractual dates. Produce expediting reports within the specified times, documenting activities carried out with suppliers. Request and verify information from the supplier regarding weights, volumes, packing lists, and transport drawings before contractual deadlines. Analyze expediting reports from external agencies, identify critical issues, and collaborate on corrective actions with relevant functions. After successful final inspections, proceed with the technical release of materials using company tools. Personal Attributes: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, especially in the Oil & Gas industry. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Effective team player and communicator.
