Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive technical training programs using instructional methodologies and frameworks. - Develop curriculum content that addresses specific technical competencies using adult learning principles. - Create assessment tools and learning materials that support consistent knowledge transfer. - Deliver engaging training sessions that build technical capability. - Facilitate interactive learning experiences to enhance participant understanding of complex systems. - Conduct training evaluations to measure effectiveness and identify improvement areas. - Maintain service execution standards and quality across all training delivery activities. - Monitor training outcomes to ensure adherence to performance benchmarks. - Implement corrective actions when deviations occur to restore service levels. - Resolve complex training challenges using instructional design principles. - Analyze participant feedback and performance data to identify learning gaps. - Apply troubleshooting methods to address technical content issues and optimize learning experience. - Provide informal guidance to junior training staff on curriculum development and delivery. - Share expertise on instructional design best practices and technical communication methods. - Offer feedback to support skill development and consistency. - Contribute to process improvements that enhance training program efficiency and learner outcomes. - Evaluate current training methods to recommend refinements. - Propose updates to existing training frameworks to improve scalability and support broader objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. - High school diploma or GED with at least four years of related service experience. - Sound knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. - Broad understanding of assessment techniques and evaluation methods. - Familiarity with curriculum development frameworks and content creation strategies.
