We are looking for an Antenna EGSE Designer.
The antenna department is responsible for design, development, manufacturing, integration, test and delivery of antennas and required mechanisms for spacecraft.
The antennas can be designed for different missions: telecommunication, earth observation, navigation, science and exploration. For the Active Antennas andin order to automatize the test EGSE is required.
The resource will be involved in the development and production of all the EGSE inthe Antenna ProductLine for a yearly budget of about 2-4Meuro.
In particular the Resourceshall:
1. Interface with the project/ AIT manager of each Antenna Project to define the make or buy strategy;
2. Study and define the overall EGSE (H/W & S/W) architecture
3. Prepare EGSE (H/W & S/W) Technical and Procurement Specification and specific SOW contribution for all the qualification / acceptance test campaign
4. CreateAIT Software using Python, Tesla VB and other programming language
5. Follow the selection of Suppliers working with Purchasing Office, manage all the technical development by external Supplier up to the delivery of EGSE; manage the technical activities of internal / external resources
6. Define and consolidate budget for EGSE procurement
7. RDAmanagement and emission
8. Monitoring of EGSE procurement (Design Reviews and Acceptance Test Reviews)
9. Ensure Availability of EGSE according to AIT schedule
10. Ensure EGSE H/W and S/WValidation on siteand external premises
11. Support CAM and AIT Managerfor Cost & Schedule control as applicable for EGSE procurement
Requirements for the position
12. High School Diploma (Electronic, Telecommunication,Informaticsspecialization) preferred, Electronicengineering degree (or equivalent)
13. Good knowledge and experience of Python, Tesla, VBfor software Design
14. Deeply knowledge of instrumentation as: Vector network analyzer;
Spectrum Analyzer; Oscilloscope; Power Supply; RF Amplifier.
The following would be an asset:
15. Experience of working in a multi-discipline team environment with project pressure
16. Experience within a similar field, automotive or aerospace
17. 5 and more years of experience in related field
18. Experience in RF MeasurementConductedand Radiated (Low or High Power)for Passive and Active Antennas
19. Experience Far Field and Near Field Antenna Testingfor Passive and Active Antennas
