And delivers record business results and confirmed one of the “World’s most powerful brands”. /p pAbove all Ferrari is an international team (with 60+ nationalities) working with the highest level of professionalism and dedication, based on performance, meritocracy and continuous development, with innovation at the heart of our future. /p pWe are looking for a dedicated intern in our Program Management team, with specific activities involving in manage the timing and related development costs of one or more components and will collaborate with the function manager in overseeing the relevant function. /p pYou will cooperate in different activities, including: /p ul liSupports in the development costs that will populate the multi-year RD budget and the related annual spending; /li liMonitors the progress of the Plan, highlighting potential risks/opportunities; /li liPlans and determines the needs for resources and facilities in order to ensure the activities of the function in compliance with the PGP and Component Plan; /li liMonitors the initiative in line with objectives, highlighting potential risks, according to company processes, methodologies, and KPIs; /li liCollaborates with the CDC manager in defining the correct allocation/skills of resources within projects, in order to maximize productivity; /li liMonitors the actual hours reported for projects, highlighting any discrepancies between planned and actual; /li liDefines, in agreement with the CDC manager, the best Make/Buy strategy for skills/performance; /li liManages the operational aspects of the economic management related to the plans and the CdC (e.g., issuing purchase requests consistent with objectives). /li /ul pbRequired profile /b /p pFor this fundamental role, we are ideally looking for a recent Master graduate or current Master student (eligible for internship) or in your final year in Management, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering or similar. /p pYou will not only have a passion for automotive and innovative solutions, but also already gained first work‑experience through internships or projects (in automotive or luxury sectors) that allow you to understand business complexities and help you to develop your personal and communicative skills. /p pIn Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to think analytically, target‑oriented and structured. You need to demonstrate strong communication skills (such as the ability to listen as well as in‑depth reasoning). You will be expected to work independently as well as integrate as part of a team.
