FINANCE MANAGER - HOTELLERIE The Finance Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Office, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strong internal controls. This role contributes to financial analysis, audit coordination, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversees internal, external and regulatory audit processes Ensures property policies are administered fairly and consistently. Ensures procedures and documentation are completed according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems. Ensures that the P&L; is accurate (i.e., costs are properly matched to revenue, costs are recorded in the proper accounts) and statements are delivered to appropriate individuals in a timely manner. Ensures profits and losses are documented accurately. Submits reports in a timely manner, ensuring delivery deadlines. Supports a strong accounting & operational control environment to safeguard assets, improve operations and profitability and manage business risks.
