Education: Diploma or degree in a technical field (electronics, electrical engineering, energy engineering or similar)
Languages: Fluent Italian, good knowledge of technical English (spoken and written), additional European languages will be considered a plus.
Job Summary and Scope
The candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers, partners and distributors for the diagnosis and resolution of problems with photovoltaic inverters and related solutions. He/she will be required to conduct training at customer sites and will be a technical point of reference to ensure service continuity and customer satisfaction.
Activities
* Provide on-site technical assistance
* Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on photovoltaic inverters and related systems
* Support installers, service partners and customers in commissioning and troubleshooting
* Collaborate with the remote support team for the escalation of complex cases
* Draft technical intervention reports
* Collect technical data to share with R&D and Quality departments for analysis of any recurring issues or product anomalies
* Update and maintain the company knowledge base with standard procedures and solutions
Technical Skills
* Basic knowledge of photovoltaic systems and inverters
* Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals
* Good familiarity with diagnostic tools and monitoring software
* Proficiency in Office and CRM ticketing systems
