**SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Record incoming offer requests;
- Prepare technical Bid with Clarifications & Deviations;
- Liaising with other functions, gain and manage torque calculations;
- Send and manage Request For Quotations (RFQ) to actuator manufacturer;
- Review Plant commercial Terms and Conditions (i.e.: warranties, penalties etc);
- Trade Compliance Review;
- Ensure Technical support and clarification to local Sales Office;
- Support sales with missing price list;
- Manage Intercompany quotation in compliance with Company and/or Business Unit Pricing Policies;
- Take part in technical meetings (Technical Clarifications Meetings, Kick of Meetings and Pre Inspection Meetings) with customers and other internal functions;
- Receipt & Release of the order to manufacturing;
- Translate the customer specifications into information to allow Bill Of Material/paperwork creation;
- Support Internal Project Management team (IPM) with change order.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- High School Diploma/Bachelor's degree in technical area;
- Fluent in English, one other language preferred;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Ability to comprehend technical details/technical literacy.
