Data entry in PLM and Stealth systems, including material and color master data coding, stock availability checks and color reference managementSupporting the issuance of purchase orders to jersey suppliers and the weaving department (samples, prototypes, collections, and press garments), and following up on order confirmations and material deliveries to ensure timely executionSending color references to jersey suppliers and following up on lab dip submissions in line with agreed deadlinesUpdating the knitwear fabric archive book with new color developments
Qualifications
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Excellent command of EnglishFamiliarity with PLM and Stealth systemsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesGood communication skills
