We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager for our Naples office, the main service delivery center of the Group. The IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager, reporting to the IT Senior Platforms Manager, will oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects in our HQ datacenters. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead infrastructure professionals (internal and external) in planning and executing datacenter projects; Assist in selecting appropriate datacenter solutions; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with organizational goals; Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members; Manage the lifecycle of datacenter components: introduction, deployment, maintenance, and retirement; Oversee daily operations of all datacenter components; Supervise hardware deployment in datacenters; Participate in capacity planning and resource forecasting for datacenter expansion; Define KPIs for datacenter components and ensure SLAs are met; Implement quality control to ensure infrastructure reliability and performance; Collaborate with vendors for procurement of hardware, software, and services; Manage internal processes, budgets, and contracts for datacenter components; Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and policies; Fluent in English, both oral and written; additional languages are a plus; Hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; Have at least 8 years of total experience, including 3 years as an Infrastructure Lead; Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, capable of working under tight deadlines; Hands-on experience with planning, designing, and implementing datacenter infrastructure; Experience with server hardware, storage, backup solutions, virtualization (VMWare), and automation tools; Experience managing infrastructure projects from initiation to completion; Knowledge of storage solutions (PureStorage, HPE Alletra, EMC UNITY) and backup disk libraries (Cisco Hyperscale S3260) is a plus.
