A new opportunity exists for outstanding Sales Assistant / Runner to join our store in Serravalle (Italy) for a fixed term contract (CDD - 12 months), part time 21h per week, starting February 2026.
Key Responsibilities
* To ensure that an exemplary standard of client service is provided to Zimmermann’s clientele in line with the brand’s global vision.
* Acquire and grow the Zimmermann client database through engaging and maintaining professional client relationships.
* Ensure that a consistently high standard of visual presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directives.
* Engaging in team training and development initiatives including product and brand knowledge, sustainability, diversity and Work Health Safety.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge
* Experience in a similar role ideally in the luxury sector or in a retail environment
* Excellent organisation skills and high attention to detail
* Passion for the brand and Fashion retail industry
* Strong communication skills
* Fluent in English & Italian
* Categorie protette L. 68/99
