Job Responsibilities:
* Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including internal recruiting and contract management.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
* Foster positive relationships with employees through effective communication and relationship management.
* Conduct cold calling for potential candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
* Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
* Support employee onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
* Collaborate with management to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Job Requirements:
* Proven experience in human resources or related field is preferred.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Experience in internal recruiting processes and contract management is a plus.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Capable of working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with the ability to solve unexpected issues.
* Proficiency in Italian is preferred; basic communication skills in English are a plus.
* Must be available to work onsite 5 days per week, with flexibility to work overtime or shifts based on operational needs.
