SUANFARMA is looking for an
Engineering & Validation Specialist
to join our team in Rovereto (TN), Italy.
The Engineering & Validation Specialist, as part of the site's Engineering & Technical Services Department, shall support the design and implementation of new production and utility plants, collaborating in construction and commissioning activities, preparing technical qualification documentation, updating engineering procedures and contributing to cross-functional continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate on all engineering design activities related to production plants and utilities (URS, feasibilities, conceptual design, basic design, detailed design, procurement support, and commissioning).
Contribute to the planning and coordination of construction site activities.
Prepare commissioning and qualification documentation for new equipment and systems.
Participate in the review and update of engineering department standards and SOPs.
Take part in continuous improvement projects, both within the function and cross-functionally.

Profile and Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering.
Preferably, experience in pharmaceutical or in process-industry companies.
Good knowledge of standard office automation tools and a strong inclination toward new technologies.
Natural scientific curiosity with a particular interest in technical/plant/equipment topics; solid design, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proactivity, assertiveness, initiative, and results orientation; strong collaboration and communication skills with colleagues across different functions.
Italian: native or fluent
English: B2 level or higher
