Job Description for Sales Professional - CaaC Perimeter

The objective of the Sales Professional for CaaC Perimeter is to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for logistics services sales within the Ceva Italia FVL department, targeting existing and potential new clients. The selected candidate will build profitable and recurring revenue streams from clients in this field. The position will also require adaptation to CEVA's strategy for used cars within the Italian market to reflect market changes.

1. Responsible for developing FVL business in used cars, dealers, and leasing companies, aligned with global, regional, and national strategies specific to FVL and BD products.
2. Accelerate and promote product diversification by reaching second-hand and used car markets; expand and develop B2B2C solutions, fleet management, and workshop services (notably refurbishment) offered by CEVA, especially the 'Car as a Customer' activity.
3. Collaborate with and support the FVL product organization to provide local FVL expertise on key opportunities, ensuring customer needs are fully converted into solutions.
4. Identify new FVL activities for used cars, dealers, and leasing companies, both with existing and potential clients (RAC, leasing, subscriptions, car sharing, large fleets, online car dealers, etc.).
5. Work with the country/cluster FVL product team to develop capabilities and facilitate CEVA product synergies and upselling.
6. Qualifications: Degree in management engineering, economics, or equivalent. Fluent in Italian (spoken and written). Fluent in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are welcome.
7. Experience: Over 3 years in the automotive sector and/or FVL. Over 3 years managing used cars or fleets. Experience communicating at all organizational levels, including C-level.

Additional requirements include knowledge of the logistics sector in Italy, competence in developing integrated supply chain and logistics solutions relevant to FVL, process orientation with continuous improvement, sound judgment and decision-making skills, ability to map and follow a long-term sales plan, and strong commercial, numerical, and financial skills. The candidate should have a strong entrepreneurial spirit in FVL and possess excellent relational and communication skills.
