experience in 2D/3D design, developing solutions from specifications, and creating detailed and assembly plans is a plus. /li liProficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage. /li liExperience in one or more of the following areas: project and business management, continuous improvement, robotics, material handling, or product development. /li liAbility to perform vacuum sizing calculations and define technical solutions that meet client requirements. /li liCompetence in tracking offers, drafting test reports, and preparing documentation for internal and external stakeholders. /li liAbility to lead technical meetings and present solutions convincingly to customers and colleagues. /li liStrong interpersonal skills and team spirit; collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge. /li liMethodical, structured approach with strong analytical and synthetic thinking. /li liCreativity in solving complex technical and application challenges. /li liHigh degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability for project outcomes. /li liGood communication skills, able to adapt messages to both technical and non‑technical audiences. /li /ul h3Professional knowledge /h3 ul liSolid general knowledge in mechanics and automation. /li liUnderstanding of industrial automation environments (e.g., robotics, material handling, packaging) is a strong plus. /li liFamiliarity with continuous improvement methodologies and quality/safety standards. /li /ul h3Experience and Education /h3 ul liTechnical training from Bac+2 (BTS or equivalent) to Bac+5 (engineering degree) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field. /li liExperience in a project engineer, application engineer, technical sales, or business manager role in an industrial/automation environment is highly valued. /li liExperience with vacuum technology, robotics, or automated material handling systems is an advantage. /li liProficiency in MS Office and basic CAD tools;
