How you will contribute Record monthly lease entries, finalize account reconciliations, assist in setting up new leases, and validate lease data and attributes. Initiate lease payments and ensure they are processed accurately and on time. Prepare, record, verify, and register customer payments and credit transactions. Maintain and update customer files with changes such as name, address, mergers, or mailing attention. Follow up weekly on overdue invoices and monitor accounts receivable. Create and maintain procedural documentation and training materials. Assist with quarterly and annual internal control processes. Who you are High school diploma; a university degree in economics is a plus. Experience as an accountant in a similar role. Knowledge of principles governing general and fiscal accounting, including IFRS standards. Proactive, analytical, and capable of meeting challenging deadlines with a high volume of tasks. Organized and autonomous worker. Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in Italian and proficient in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
