This is a key position supporting the company’s growth and compliance functions across multiple jurisdictions.The successful candidate will provide legal support on corporate governance matters, with a particular focus on group structure, regulatory compliance, and corporate formalities linked to project development and asset management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support on corporate governance matters across group entities in Italy and other European jurisdictionsDraft and manage board resolutions, shareholder meeting documentation, and internal governance policiesEnsure compliance with local and EU regulations, company law requirements, and sector-specific obligationsLiaise with external counsel, notaries, and regulatory bodies where requiredSupport group-level projects, transactions, and internal legal processesMaintain and update company registers, licenses, and filingsCandidate ProfileDegree in Law; qualification to practise law in Italy preferredExperience in the renewable energy sector 3+ years’ experience in a legal or compliance function, ideally within the energy, infrastructure, or regulated sectorsSolid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and regulatory complianceExperience working with international structures and multi-jurisdictional operations is an advantageFluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work in a high-growth sector with long-term stabilityFlexible/hybrid work environmentInternational exposure within a collaborative team
