We are looking for a
Business Analyst (Aftersales Planning)
to support the definition, monitoring and optimization of Aftersales commercial strategies.
In this role, you will work in a
data‐driven environment
, providing analytical insights and supporting planning and performance monitoring activities. You will collaborate closely with
Fieldforce teams and cross‐functional stakeholders
to enable informed decision‐making and improve commercial effectiveness across the Aftersales network.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Business Analyst (Aftersales Planning), you will:
Contribute to the definition and impact evaluation of
Market Commercial Policies
.
Support the definition of
commercial targets and incentive schemes
.
Monitor
commercial performance KPIs
, identifying trends and key insights.
Manage and progressively automate
daily, weekly and monthly reporting
.
Provide
data‐driven support to Fieldforce teams
, including during commercial negotiations.
Develop
dashboards and performance analyses
to support strategic and operational decisions.
Identify opportunities to improve
data quality, reporting efficiency and analytical processes
.
WHO YOU ARE
You are a structured and collaborative professional with a strong business mindset and experience managing partner‐based models. You bring:

5+ years of experience
business analysis, sales planning, performance monitoring or commercial analytics
, ideally within
Automotive Aftersales
.
A strong
analytical mindset
and attention to detail.
Confidence
working with numbers, KPIs and reporting tools
.
A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in
cross‐functional teams
.
A
proactive attitud
e and
problem‐solving orientation
.
Strong knowledge of
Excel and Microsoft Office
tools.
Knowledge of
Power BI and SAP BO
is considered a plus.
English proficiency
.
