Your Role And Responsibilities As a client‑facing practitioner, you will lead projects that optimize procurement, inventory management, logistics, and material planning to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen supply‑chain performance. You will act as a trusted adviser and mentor, delivering high‑quality SAP MM solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include
Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP MM solutions that are simple, scalable, and aligned with client needs.
Drive strategy definition and solution implementation, leveraging the latest technologies to deliver measurable business value.
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients in process optimization, change management, and adoption of SAP best practices.
Coordinate and mentor team members, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Hands‑on experience in SAP MM configuration, including design, deployment, and alignment with client requirements.
Proven track record of at least three full end‑to‑end SAP MM implementations covering all project phases (preparation, blueprinting, realization, testing, go‑live).
Experience as a Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect, guiding junior team members and ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
Deep understanding of SAP MM processes and workflows (procurement, inventory, material valuation, logistics invoice verification, external services, integration with FI, SD, PP, WM).
Ability to analyze and optimize supply‑chain and procurement processes aligned with SAP best practices and client goals.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Familiarity with S/4HANA advanced features such as Embedded Analytics, Fiori apps, and Advanced Procurement.
Experience with Material Ledger integration and Group Reporting in the MM context.
Exposure to digital transformation initiatives and process automation projects.
Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (FI, SD, PP, WM) beyond core MM processes.
Prior mentoring of junior consultants or team members in SAP MM.
Knowledge of SAP CDS views and custom reporting development for MM.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects (legacy to S/4HANA).
Understanding of industry‑specific MM processes (e.g., retail, manufacturing, pharma).
Thought leadership in procurement or inventory strategy.
International project experience or multi‑country implementations.
Good English communication skills, especially for client‑facing roles and international projects.
