Reports To: Hotel Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and actively participate in the service, maintenance, and repairs of all hotel equipment and systems, including: /li liElectrical systems: wiring, lighting, power distribution, and emergency power. /li liPlumbing: fixtures, piping, water heaters, and drainage. /li liGas systems: appliances and lines. /li liFire Life Safety systems: alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, and egress routes. /li liHVAC: heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, including preventative maintenance. /li liRefrigeration: walk‑in coolers, freezers, and other refrigeration equipment. /li liSteam systems: boilers and steam lines. /li liAudio‑Visual (AV) systems: sound, projection, and conferencing equipment. /li liLandscaping: irrigation, outdoor lighting, and general grounds maintenance. /li liInterior maintenance: drywall, flooring, and general repairs. /li liPaint and Decorating: ensuring high standards of finish and appearance throughout the property. /li liRespond promptly and efficiently to all maintenance inquiries and problems, providing courteous and professional service to achieve maximum guest and team satisfaction. /li liEnsure strict compliance with all local, national, and safety standards, laws, rules, and regulations across all maintenance operations. /li liDevelop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive repair and preventative maintenance program for all building systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize unplanned downtime. /li liConduct regular inspections of all hotel areas to identify maintenance needs and proactively address potential issues. /li liCoordinate all activities with external contractors and vendors related to construction, renovation, or major maintenance projects.
