PAspenTech is seeking a Principal Cost Estimator to assist our account managers to grow our business and support sales of the Economic Evaluation and Cost Estimation solutions with a focus in EC (Engineering Construction), Chemical and Energy (Oil Gas or Refining) customers. Experience in Project Cost Estimation is required, plant layout and piping experience is a plus. We target capital project execution in chemicals, refining, and EPC industry clients. Key traits of this role are industry understanding, deep consultative skills, understanding of the AspenTech product strategy, and the ability to communicate effectively to both technical and management audiences. The Snr Principal SC is an experienced engineer who will work with clients to understand their challenges and initiatives. You will identify applications of our tools to address these business / technical issues.
