This role oversees strategy, planning, and execution across digital, on-field, and broadcast channels, ensuring Castelli achieves maximum visibility and impact at major cycling events. The role requires cross-functional coordination with internal teams, event organizers, and external partners. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement the marketing strategy, annual calendar, and tactical plans for the Grand Events Division and key individual events /li liCollaborate with the marketing teams of the Event Organizer, to maximize Castelli visibility across all channels, including digital, social media, email campaigns (DEM), event activations, announcers, on-field branding, and broadcast /li liCoordinate hospitality and promotional opportunities with the Castelli marketing team at each event /li liEnsure consistent brand visibility before, during, and after events, aligning internal teams and external stakeholders /li liSupport Castelli subsidiaries and distributors in leveraging marketing opportunities in local markets /li liProvide organizational support to Castelli content creation, digital marketing, and social media teams /li liServe as the primary press contact for each Event Organizer /li liAssist with on-field activation alongside the Castelli marketing team /li liMonitor marketing activities conducted by event organizers to ensure compliance with Castelli’s contractual rights /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul libFluent or a very good level in French (written and spoken) is a MUST for this role /b /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in sports marketing /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills /li liExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines /li liWillingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time /li liUniversity degree in sports marketing, communications, or a related field /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
