As Procurement Compliance & Governance Expert, you ensure procurement practices meet legal and ethical standards, focusing on high‐risk labor‐intensive suppliers. You coordinate between the Head of Procurement, local and corporate teams, and external advisors to design and monitor the compliance framework across the sourcing lifecycle. You translate regulations into actionable procurement rules and establish dashboards and checkpoints. The role offers exposure to a global network within DHL and a chance to shape governance in a leading logistics group.
Retribuzione / Benefits Design, implement, and monitor the compliance framework for high‐risk labor‐intensive suppliers
Adapt corporate procurement processes to local requirements and establish KPIs and controls
Ensure consistent policy application across procurement activities
Maintain Law 231 governance processes and monitor market risk management platforms
Coordinate onboarding and compliance for high‐risk suppliers and act as liaison with external advisors
Prepare summaries and action plans for leadership and stakeholders; coordinate governance filings and records
Track audit actions and coordinate remediation with outsourced providers
Assess regulatory and labour, tax, and VAT risk for high‐risk suppliers; propose corrective actions
Maintain governance records and support training programs on procurement compliance
Responsabilità Minimum 5 years in audit, internal audit, compliance, or risk management
Familiarity with Decree Law 231/2001
Legal or compliance background (in‐house, consultancy, or regulated environment)
Experience managing complex stakeholders and influencing without direct authority
Policy development and implementation experience
Experience supporting or leading internal and external audits
Knowledge of procurement processes
Strong independence and project management skills
Presentation and facilitation skills
Data analysis skills
