Breda, Netherlands; Gurabo, Puerto Rico; United States of America (Titusville, New Jersey, and Guaynabo, Puerto Rico); Schaffhausen, Switzerland; Italy. /p h3Job Description /h3 pWe are searching for the best talent for a bTechnical Lead, Product Artwork /b to be based in Titusville, New Jersey with alternative locations in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico. /p h3About The Role /h3 pThis role is pivotal in supporting and driving technical innovation and automation within our Product Artwork (PA) team, ensuring operational excellence and future readiness. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liServe as the primary subject matter expert for coordinating and troubleshooting all technical aspects of Product Artwork, providing strategic guidance and operational support for stakeholders and business partners. /li liCoordinate with packaging sites, LOCs, and business partners to support all technical and automated artwork template corrections and questions. /li liReview technical and automated artwork template files to ensure compliance with departmental SOPs. /li liSupport automation initiatives within the artwork management system (ArcTiC / Esko), partnering with Product Artwork and cross‑functional teams. /li liSupport the development and creation of automated artwork templates and ensure timely, compliant delivery that meets all HA and company standards. /li liLeverage innovative technology, best practices, and synergies for operational and automation efficiency while complying with JJ Policy and local HA requirements. /li liProvide technical support and training to team members within Product Artwork and business partners. /li liAssist in designing and improving technical and automation workflows; establish KPIs to measure performance and value creation in collaboration with the PT team. /li liWork closely with IT, Regulatory, Quality, Packaging Sites, Brand Protection, Supply Chain, and external partners/vendors to support seamless automation integration. /li liEnsure adherence to artwork systems and regulatory standards; identify and mitigate technical and automation risks. /li liWork with the Product Artwork Excellence team for quality and compliance events, performance metrics, audits, SOP development, training content, and system master data input. /li liBenchmark best practices and innovations for all product artwork technical and automation activities. /li liBuild strong alliances across stakeholders and teams for seamless workflow and effective communication. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree required or advanced degree in Engineering, Graphic Design, or Supply Chain preferred. /li /ul h3Experience Skills (Required) /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical/regulated environment. /li liTechnical and automation experience in artwork, regulatory labeling, or packaging fields. /li liExperience coordinating/troubleshooting artwork, regulatory labeling, and packaging design. /li li2+ years’ experience in production‑readiness of artworks (preferably packaging). /li liExperience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro. /li liGeneral understanding of regulatory processes and systems in pharmaceutical packaging or related fields. /li liStrong understanding of regulatory requirements for artwork, packaging, and labeling in the pharmaceutical industry. /li liSupply Chain experience, including expertise in value chain, packaging sites, MSAT external vendor management, and/or related areas. /li liKnowledge of E2E performance and metric‑based culture within the artwork coordination team. /li liHigh intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and learn artwork processes and their impact on other supply chain processes. /li liAbility to multi‑task, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate resiliency and high productivity under schedule and budget constraints. /li liStrong cross‑functional business acumen with comprehensive understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing without authority across all levels of the organization. /li liAbility to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liLife sciences or pharmaceutical industry experience. /li liLean/Six Sigma certification. /li liFamiliarity with artwork systems (e.g., ArcTiC or Esko). /li liExperience setting up KPIs. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liCompensation range: $79,000–$120,700. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity /h3 pJohnson Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
