Internship in Facility Management | Workplace & Employee ExperienceYou will join the Facility Management Italy team based in Pedrignano, the industrial and corporate heart of Barilla, supporting projects aimed at enhancing workplace experience, employee services and space management across one of the largest corporate campuses in Italy.
Six months tempo pieno internship starting from September ****, base in Parma HQ.Job purposeSupport the redesign and development of the new Facility Management SharePoint websiteCollect, review, update and reorganize documentation related to workplace services, hospitality, wellbeing and mobilityCollaborate on the review and communication of Facility Management policies and proceduresSupport workplace mapping and space management activities, including office layouts and occupancy distributionContribute to the definition and implementation of a new meeting room naming system across the campusWork with local and global Facility Management teams to improve service visibility and user experienceSupport communication initiatives aimed at increasing employee awareness and engagement with Facility Management services.Main activitiesReview and update existing Facility Management documentation, ensuring accessibility and consistency of informationOrganize and structure content within the company SharePoint platformAnalyze current workplace services and identify opportunities for process and communication improvementsSupport the mapping of office spaces and workplace allocationCollaborate in the creation of communication materials related to Facility Management services and policies: coordinate information gathering with internal stakeholders and external service providers when required; support the developmentof proposals to improve employee access to workplace, hospitality, wellbeing and mobility servicesRequirementsMaster's degree student (2nd year) or newly graduated in Management Engineering, Architecture, IT and related fieldFluency in Italian and English, both written and spokenStrong organizational and analytical skillsCuriosity and willingness to understand complex organizational environmentsProblem-solving attitude and proactive mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft 365 (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)Ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously.What we offer6-month curricular/extra-curricular internshipCompetitive internship salary + relocation allowancePersonal tutoring and constant support from your team to develop your personal and business skillsFirst-hand experience working on strategic workplace and employee experience projectsExposure to one of the largest industrial and corporate campuses within the Barilla GroupFree access to our company canteenAccess to our onsite shop where you can pick up our products at a generously discounted priceFlexible ways of workingA unique opportunity to contribute to the evolution of workplace services within the world's leading pasta company.At Barilla, we are committed to creating an inclusive and equitable workplace where diversity in all its forms is valued and embraced.
