MTS Analog Design Engineer
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled MTS Analog Design Engineer to join our team. This individual will lead an analog IC design team from definition to manufacturing release, manage project schedules, and guide team members in their work.
The role involves evaluating project results during design and silicon evaluation phases, collaborating with physical designers, and monitoring IC layout progress. Additionally, this person will work with systems, application engineers, and marketing to define product specifications and roadmaps.
Responsibilities include defining IP test plans and quality standards for industrial and automotive applications, facilitating successful transfer to production with validation and test teams, and interfacing with customers and sales teams to support designs and resolve issues.
This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of power converters, control loop theories, and analog building blocks. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies, as well as experience with analog IC design, debugging, and simulation tools.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field + 17 years of experience, or Master's degree + 15 years of experience
* Proven track record of releasing complex ICs/IPS to market
* Extensive knowledge of engineering principles and methodologies
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Deep understanding of power converters, control loop theories, and analog building blocks
* Strong skills in analog IC design, debugging, and simulation tools
* Knowledge of advanced semiconductor technologies and transistor design
* Ability to establish relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively
* Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
