TRADE MARKETING SPECIALIST LAUNDRY - ITALY
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist Laundry to join the Italian sales company's Marketing and Business Development team.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
1. Develop and execute local trade marketing plans according to sales priorities
2. Translate marketing strategies (brand initiatives and launch plans) into customized marketing plans by channel/trade partner
3. Gather market insights to set priorities, price, promo and product mix activities and contribute to design the commercial strategy
4. Create pricelists, keep up-to-date all pricelist tools (app, pdf etc)
5. Create or adapt targeted marketing materials, technical sheets, brochures and promotions for dealers and other trade partners
6. Implement POS materials ensuring optimal representation for brands, and visibility for dealers
7. Support the dealer network with local trade shows, conferences, demos and other events
8. Monitor KPI to share insights and propose new initiatives
9. Execute product launches communication and 360 journey assets
10. Prepare and deliver training programs to dealers, in collaboration with local marketing and sales organisations
11. Support digital & live communication activities
12. Work closely with the Laundry Business Areas' Marketing & Product organization to ensure toolkits & assets meet local requirements
13. Make sure to stay in sync with the local Food Service marketing team and foster a culture of teamwork within a dynamic environment that supports everyone's success
ABOUT YOU
14. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, communication or a related discipline
15. At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, in an international environment
16. Familiarity with Laundry and previous experience with Salesforce CRM platform will be a plus
17. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

20. Fluent in Italian and professional English
21. Digital proficiency
