Job Description As Maître d’hôtel you will organize the catering sales outlet for which you responsible, ensures the quality of service offered to customers, manages and motivates the team to promote sales and quality of service. You will contribute to the expansion of catering sales revenue. The Maître d’hôtel must also ensure compliance with and application of health and safety rules. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Professional skills and customer relations: Provides and supervises excellent customer care Advise the customer through a perfect knowledge of the products offered. Coordinate the activity of the team Prevents wastage and loss of raw materials Participates in inventories Analyses results and implements corrective actions Applies brand and hotel procedures and policies Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards (HACCP). Organize the covers according to business forecasts Pays attention to customers’ comments (follow-up)
