We are offering to the most brilliant student a 6-months internship experience in the area of Private Service Model of our Private Banking business.
In this position you will be part of our team “Private Service Model” which is responsible for
* designing, maintaining, and developing the investment products and services offer of Private Banking and Wealth Management business.
* designing, developing and managing the strategy of highly effective, distinctive and competitive Private Banking service models for Private Banking customers compared to competitors, with the aim of better satisfying the needs and requirements of related customers, to increase market share and customer base, as well as generate profits and/or reduce costs for the structures of the perimeter under its responsibility, also considering the cost to serve and the efficiency need.
What you’ll be doing
In this position you will be part of our team “Private Service Model” which is responsible for
* designing, maintaining, and developing the investment products and services offer of Private Banking and Wealth Management business.
* designing, developing and managing the strategy of highly effective, distinctive and competitive Private Banking service models for Private Banking customers compared to competitors, with the aim of better satisfying the needs and requirements of related customers, to increase market share and customer base, as well as generate profits and/or reduce costs for the structures of the perimeter under its responsibility, also considering the cost to serve and the efficiency need.
“Private Service Model” has the following responsibilities:
a) periodic analysis of the market, in order to identify best practices and new trends and define the possible evolution of customer expectations/needs;
b) leading specific business development activities and key projects of the perimeter, acting as a synthesis point for the perimeter in relation to IT developments and related costs, and in particular the development of activities related to the activity of financial advisors, the use of mixed contracts, advanced consultancy, structured lending solutions linked to assets;
c) contribution to the design of the main tools to support the model (front end and sales support tools for products and operations) and the processes to be made available to the Network, to improve customer management and increase commercial effectiveness;
You will actively support the team in the:
* definition and development of key projects of the perimeter coordinating collaborative projects with the departments concerned
* definition and development of the service model for the related Customers, contributing to the interventions necessary to make it operative, leading and supporting the Network in the acquisition, consulting, customer service and sales and post‑sales activities;
* preparation of presentation books, management presentations, board and internal committees’ materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials
What you’ll need to succeed
- Being a University student attending a Bachelor or a Master, possibly focus on Private Banking/Wealth Management
- Strong interest in Private Banking
- Excellent academic records
- Fluency in English
- Confident with Microsoft Office Package
- Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
