Experteer OverviewIn this role you drive governance and strategic alignment for the IT project portfolio, acting as the bridge between business and IT. You will guide intake, prioritization, and delivery performance to align initiatives with the group’s digital transformation goals. You’ll report transparently to leaders and ensure projects meet scope, schedules, and risk standards. You’ll contribute to continuous improvements in governance, tooling, and organizational capability. This is an opportunity to shape how IT enables Datwyler’s digital roadmap at scale.Retribuzione / BenefitsLead governance for the IT project portfolio and ensure compliance with internal frameworks and standardsManage the IT Portfolio Committee (IPC) with demand intake, validation, prioritization, and decision supportOversee project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio deliveryProvide consistent reporting on project status, risks, financials, and outcomes to business and IT leadershipEnsure smooth transition from approval to execution with baselining of scope, schedules, resources, KPIs, and reviewsMonitor delivery progress, risks, and scope alignment; elevate blockers as neededMaintain alignment with ISMS, risk, compliance, architecture, and security standards in all docsServe as operational liaison between business stakeholders, DIT leadership, and delivery teamsDrive continuous improvement of intake quality, governance efficiency, and reporting transparencyDeliver training on IPC processes, governance standards, and PPM tools to improve data quality and capabilityResponsabilitàBachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field8+ years IT project management, PMO leadership, or technology governance experienceProven track record managing enterprise IT portfolios and projectsExpertise in PM methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)Proficiency in MS Project, Clarity, ASANA or similar toolsStrong understanding of IT governance, compliance, risk managementManufacturing or industrial sector experience preferredExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsAnalytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilitiesFamiliarity with digital transformation, business process management, and emerging technologies
