Additional Requirements

- Must be able to work Wed‐Sat from 4 PM‐2:30 AM

- Able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive assembly operations

- Able to climb up and down ladders, work in tight spaces, bend, grasp, sit, pull, push, stoop, and stretch as required

- Able to lift at least 25 lbs unassisted

- Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines

Basic Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent

- 1+ years using hand tools and/or precision measuring instruments (calipers, multi‐meters, torque wrenches)

- 1+ years working with test tools and test methods that adequately validate the system

- Experience reading, interpreting, and working from engineering documentation and/or drawings

- 1+ years in a high traceability manufacturing environment, or relevant trade school certification

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the aerospace, automotive, medical device, aviation, military, or other high‐reliability operating environments

- Experience working with FOD, ESD‐sensitive hardware, and clean‐room requirements

- Basic knowledge of electrical, optical, and mechanical systems, antennas, functional testing, and/or satellite components

- Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high‐paced, challenging environment
