PBeautynova, a group of selected companies operating in the professional haircare, created for the development and consolidation of successful brands distributed worldwide, is looking for an /ppbr/ppstrong IT Support Specialist /strong /ppbr/ppto join our global IT team. /ppbr/ppThe role involves managing first and second-level support tickets related to business applications (ERP, WMS, and CRM), as well as infrastructure and end-user support activities.
