Education
* High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
Experience
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with sterile operations is highly desirable.

* Ability to follow strict protocols and procedures.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Must be able to work in a sterile environment, standing for extended periods, and handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
