Programme Structure
- Duration: 3 years
- Internal rotations across different production areas of the plant
- Professional growth towards the role of Shift Leader/Manager
- Training approach based on the 70-20-10 model: 70% on the job learning; 20% mentoring and coaching; 10% structured training
Key Responsabilities
Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the candidate will be involved in:
- Supervising production lines, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Analyzing plant performance and proposing improvement solutions
- Collaborating with the technical office to optimize product and processes
- Supporting the management and development of operational staff
COMPETENZE ED ESPERIENZA
- Degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering
- Interest in the metalworking sector and production processes
- Proactivity, goal orientation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of Italian and English
- Previous brief experience in the industrial field and/or a technical diploma will be considered a plus
