Piper Maddox are supporting the exciting expansion of a leading integrated energy solutions company that focus on biogas and solar projects.
They are looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the installation of a large Biogas plant in the South of Italy. The ideal profile has a strong background in the construction and project management of biogas plants in Italy, with the ability to be based on-site until the completion of the construction in July 2026.

Responsibilities:
- Manage construction and revamping of biogas and biomethane plants.
- Oversee procurement and customs, addressing deviations and corrective actions.
- Hire and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Control costs and resolve technical or operational issues during execution.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering.
- 3 years' experience in industrial construction, ideally within the biogas sector.
- Solid knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations for renewable energy facilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
