Are you looking for a position in the wind energy sector? /p pJoin Vestas and become part of our team based in Settingiano, within a national and international environment offering concrete opportunities for professional growth. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAccountable for the operational execution of service activities in line with company values and priorities. /li liEnsure the proper functioning of assigned wind farms, guaranteeing high performance throughout the entire turbine lifecycle. /li liManage daily operations of assigned staff and resolve issues involving external suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. /li liImplement function‑specific processes, procedures, and tools. /li liMonitor technicians’ performance and activities to ensure effective cost control. /li liApprove completed work and manage technicians’ timesheets. /li liCorrect errors in time registration and technical reporting (backend systems). /li liHandle planned absence requests from team members. /li liPlan service team composition in the medium and long term. /li liContinuously monitor site performance and implement improvement actions. /li liEnsure service delivery meets quality, safety, process compliance, and performance standards. /li liLead, coordinate, and supervise the team, promoting a positive and efficient working environment. /li liSupport people development, including training and safety initiatives (Safety Walks Talks). /li liEnsure compliance with Vestas standards and all local and national regulations. /li liGuarantee resource availability for the execution of work orders. /li liMonitor and manage costs through continuous tracking of Service PL. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum Technical Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical). /li li5–6 years of professional experience in Operations. /li liProven experience in team management. /li liBasic level of English. /li liGood knowledge of IT systems and tools (MS Office; SAP is a plus). /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liKnowledge of maintenance practices and safety regulations. /li liGood understanding of technical and mechanical systems and turbine components. /li liStrong safety and compliance mindset. /li liLeadership and people management capabilities. /li liResults-, quality-, and customer-oriented mindset. /li liExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills. /li liAnalytical and process-driven approach. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /li liFlexible and able to work under pressure. /li liProactive, self-organized, and autonomous. /li liTeam development and coaching mindset. /li liFamiliarity with SAP, Salesforce, and collaboration tools. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pWe offer an exciting professional opportunity in a dynamic and international environment, within a fast-growing team in the wind energy sector.
