- Office inspection and responsible for office housekeeping and cleanliness
- Hotel & air-tickets booking
- Receive & Distribute letters & parcels from couriers
- Order pantry, stationary and other office commodities
- Order name card for office & store staff
- Negotiate and co-ordinate with external and internal parties, such as contractors, suppliers and vendors
- Prepare payment and travel expense
- Monitor office staff schedules
- Manage the plants in office area
- Act as a main contact point with our IT support - Principle One, as well as create & terminate employees’ email accounts
- Coordinate with office maintenance (e.g. changing light bulbs, other damage of office facilities) and office renovation
- Arrange office cleaning, carpet & pest control
- Update telephone list
- Secretarial/General HR work for HR department
- Outside office assistant job
- Assist in organize festival event e.g. Annual Dinner and Christmas Party
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree holder or above
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Mature, responsible, xlwpduy diligent, detail‑minded and well‑organized
- High sense of responsibility, integrity and confidentiality
- Able to handle multi‑tasks and work under pressure and fast‑paced working environment
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command in MS Office software skills e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
