Location:Chennai One IT Sez Position Type: Permanent Experience: 8 Years Required Skills: 1. Design, develop, implement and monitor ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC2 and GDPR standards and compliances. - 2. Establish and maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation requirements. - 3. Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective actions. - 4. Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality management systems. - 5. Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance overall quality performance and customer satisfaction. - 6. Conduct risk assessments to identify potential risks to the quality management systems and develop risk mitigation strategies. - 7. Establish and maintain processes for identifying, evaluating, and managing risks related to quality assurance. - 8. Develop and deliver training programs on standards, compliances, quality management systems, and quality control methodologies. - 9. Provide guidance and support to employees at all levels to ensure understanding and adherence to quality policies and procedures. - 10. Collaborate with vendors and customers to establish and maintain effective quality and compliance management. - 11. Define key quality metrics and establish systems for measuring, monitoring, and reporting on quality performance. - 12. Prepare and present reports to management on quality trends, performance indicators, and improvement initiatives
