As a global digital solutions company, we combine technology, strategy, and creativity to deliver impactful transformation programmes worldwide. /p pWe are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme for a strategic client based in Rome. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn full project governance including planning, scheduling, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting /li liDefine and manage delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, workstreams, and resource allocation /li liLead steering committees, project reviews, and change control boards /li liBuild strong relationships with client stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technology teams /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary teams including architects, developers, functional consultants, and change management specialists /li liMonitor project scope, timelines, and budgets while proactively managing risks and escalations /li liEnsure delivery excellence, quality standards, and compliance with contractual commitments /li liSupport knowledge transfer and transition activities at programme closure /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years of experience leading complex technology or digital transformation programmes /li liStrong experience within Salesforce and/or CRM ecosystems /li liProven ability to manage large multi-workstream initiatives with complex stakeholder environments /li liExpertise in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies combined with agile delivery practices /li liExperience in regulated, institutional, or public sector environments is highly valued /li liExcellent communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder management skills /li liFamiliarity with Salesforce ALM, environment strategy, and release management is a strong plus /li liEnglish: Full professional proficiency (mandatory) /li liSpanish: Nice to have /li liItalian: Nice to have /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li100% on-site presence required in Rome, Italy /li /ul pJoin VASS and become part of an international team driving impactful digital transformation programmes across industries. /p pInterested?
