Company Description Perpethua is a fintech startup on a mission to rethink how small and medium businesses have access and execute M&A; transactions. We’ve just closed a €500K round backed by leading institutional investors and high-standing angels. Now it’s time to scale—and we’re building a team of top performers to make it happen.
We’re looking for a sharp, driven M&A; Analyst with 1–3 years of experience who’s ready to challenge the status quo.
What you'll do Work on both sell-side and buy-side M&A; transactions, directly alongside the founding team
Be involved in all deal phases : origination, execution, closing
Build models, assess businesses, speak with entrepreneurs, advisors, funds, and banks
Support the ongoing development of our proprietary platform, collaborating with developers through structured feedback and product intuition
Bring your energy and insight into a fast-moving environment where every voice counts
What we're looking for 1–3 years of experience in M&A;, corporate finance, investment banking or deal advisory
Strong analytical and modeling skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to grow in a high-intensity environment
A tech-driven approach : you believe that technology can (and should) improve every process
Independence, critical thinking, and natural curiosity
Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
What we offer Salary range : €32K – €42K, depending on experience
