We are seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage risks, resources, and timelines to achieve program success.
WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO
* Co-ordination and control of overall project tasks;
* I/F with customer;
* Sub-contractorsmanagement;
* Project and Management Plan preparation (Schedule and costs control, Progress Reporting and control);
* Risk managementand corrective actions implementation;
* Risk AssessmentReport and Register preparation and maintenance;
* Change Request Management;
* Co-ordination of Configuration and Documentation activity;
* Support to Procurement for suppliers management;
* Reviews & meetings planning, preparation and attendance.
YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROGRAM MANAGER
* University degree in technical fields;
* Mechanical background is considered as a preference;
* 2 years experience in a technical role;
* 2 year experience in Program Management;
* Strong problem-solving attitude;
* Proactive attitude; xrdztoy
* Team work player;
* Good communication skills;
* Ability to workin multi-disciplinary, multi-language, multi-cultural team;
* Good knowledge of the English language both read and spoken;
* Desire to continue professional growth and development;
