The plant's products are distributed in 30 countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, minimal impact on the environment. Between 2005 e il 2020 in terms of enviromental management, outstanding results have been reached. The site is in fact carbon neutral since 2015 and since 2018 is also a waterloop factory, that is a production site which consumes water solely as a raw material for products and not for other uses. /p h3We Are Looking For /h3 pThe Reliability Manager is responsible for defining and driving the plant's reliability strategy to ensure the mid/long-term performance, availability, and life cycle cost-efficiency of production assets. Acting as referent on reliability topics, he/she leads the technical maintenance priority and manages directly spare parts and 3D printer areas. /p pHe/She defines and implements preventive and predictive maintenance standards and program coordinating with packaging technical managers and technicians, fosters a culture of technical rigor, ownership, and continuous improvement across maintenance and productions temas. The role combines strategic vision, team leadership. And technical depth, with close coordination with equipment suppliers for advanced maintenance needs. /p h3Key Responsabilities /h3 ul liDefines and implements the plant's reliability strategy aligned with operational performance and asset lifecycle goals /li liIdentifies critical equipment and leads in-depth root cause analyses for major breakdowns; drives structured action plans /li liDesigns, deploys, and continuously improves preventive maintenance standards, ensuring alignment with global and local reliability objectives /li liDevelops and rolls out predictive maintenance programs, including the installation and monitoring of condition-based tools, in collaboration with maintenance teams /li liDiagnostics, complex interventions, and deployment of maintenance standards /li liDevelops internal technical capabilities through training plans, coaching, and hands-on support /li liPromotes a culture of ownership, safety, and technical excellence within maintenance and production teams /li liParticipates in asset acquisition and commissioning phases to ensure reliability, maintainability, and critical spare parts requirements are met from the start /li liOversees the planning and coordination of major maintenance shutdowns, aligning stakeholders on timing, scope, safety, and resource management /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering, or related field.
