Telecommunications Sales Representative
to join this organisation.
Main objectives
Drive business growth by promoting and selling advanced telecommunications solutions to corporate clients through a consultative, neuroscience-informed sales approach.
Responsibilities
* Sale of services in the telecommunications sector
* Maintain customer relationships
* Achieve set goals
Requirements
* Basic knowledge of telecommunications networks differences between technologies (ADSL, FTTH, 4G/5G, fibre optics).
* Notions of networking and ICT infrastructures (modems, routers, firewalls, cabling, VPN).
* Ability to read technical offers and product sheets.
* Understanding of service metrics (minimum guaranteed bandwidth, latency, SLA, QoS).
* Knowledge of the main operators and service providers (TIM, Fastweb, Vodafone, WindTre, Open Fiber, etc.).
