The role requires strong project management awareness and the ability to work within structured project environments. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Global KES IT Infrastructure Team Member /h3 ul liActively contribute to the productivity and success of the global infrastructure team /li liSupport the execution of global IT strategy and project deliverables /li liProvide technical support for global infrastructure and IT resources /li liShare technical knowledge and best practices across teams /li liKeep project teams and leadership informed of progress and challenges /li liEnsure complete and accurate project documentation /li liManage and support infrastructure in accordance with KES IT policies and standards /li liWork with cross-functional teams to reduce infrastructure complexity and improve performance /li liParticipate in shaping and implementing infrastructure strategies for servers, systems, and networks /li liProvide hands‑on support for our three locations in Italy (Aprilia, Campobasso, Vimercate) /li liActively contribute to operational excellence and continuous improvement /li /ul h3IT Infrastructure Project Capability Contributor /h3 ul liParticipate in the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects /li liApply project management principles to ensure scope, schedule, and quality targets are met /li liCollaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs /li liSupport risk identification, mitigation planning, and resource coordination /li liMaintain clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle /li /ul h3Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience. /li liSenior experience in IT infrastructure, ideally in a global or enterprise environment /li liStrong expertise in server, network, and system administration /li liFamiliarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) /li liFamiliarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., ADO, MS Project) /li liAbility to manage priorities, communicate effectively, and work within structured project frameworks /li liExcellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills /li liStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style /li /ul h3What Will Put You Ahead /h3 ul liProject management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Scrum) is a plus /li /ul pAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
