The Online Flagship Division are now seeking a talented Junior Buyer to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Location: Italy, Office in Milan (Hybrid) Department Size: 10 Reporting into: Buying Team Leader Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing: - Support the buying team in the pre-buying activities by preparing performance reports and detailed product analysis - Assist the buyers during buying appointments - Support the buyers in post-buying activities by creating seasonal buying presentations and trend reports - Organize the seasonal buying agenda - Constantly monitor in-season sales performances, inventory and deliveries to identify business opportunities while optimizing replenishment and maximizing sell-through. Create weekly or monthly performance reports - Perform benchmark analysis and study market trends in order to give strong buying input The type of person we are looking for: - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - Great passion for fashion and general product technical knowledge - Team player with the ability to work autonomously - Well-organized, methodical and proactive with the ability to self-motivate and drive initiative - Fluent in English written and spoken.
